• Pay for the time you use - choose this pricing option if you have a ‘to do’ list made up of a number of small jobs.

• We do also offer a Saturday service at a slightly higher rate of $45 per half-hour with a $35 callout charge.
• Fixed Labor Price - choose this option if you have one or two tasks from our list of Fixed Priced Jobs
Our Handymen have undertaken the ‘fixed price’ jobs many times before. That is why we are so confident on how long any standard installation will take. In the unlikely event that your job turns out not to be a standard installation we might need to re-evaluate the price of the job before we commence any work.
All our Handymen carry a range of screws, fixings and consumables. They are also more than willing to go and pick up any parts or materials needed to complete your job. The cost of parts we may need to supply is not included in the fixed labor prices listed.

Hiding cables?

• Items which are hung from a cord will take an average of only 5 minutes each.
• Hanging small pictures, paintings or mirrors which do not have a cord are likely to take between 10-20minutes each.
• Exceptionally Large, heavy or complex items may take up to 30 minutes to hang.
• Fit towel rail/ roll holder/soap dish $70.00 add $30.00 for each additional item.

Electrical

Survey and Ceiling Price Estimate - choose this option for larger more complex jobs, this is a good option for landlords who haven't inspected the work themselves or cannot be present to supervise the work.
• Pay $35.00 for a survey of the work or a diagnosis of a problem. The Handyman will then issue you with an estimate for the whole job. This estimate will include a ceiling price.
• This means that we will guarantee that the cost of the work will not exceed the ceiling price. The cost could be less if the job goes quicker than expected.
• Time up to the ceiling price is charged at our standard half-hourly rate.
• Whether you choose to go ahead with the work or not, you will need to pay the $35.00 for the survey and estimate.
• The survey is booked as a half-hour slot and the Handyman will usually have to return on a separate day to actually undertake the work. However it may sometimes be possible to complete the work on the same visit.
• Surveys can also be booked for early morning, evening or weekend appointments.
